Delivery turned up on the correct day. Delivery men polite and efficient. Gazebo instructions easy to understand. The whole experience from ordering to erecting was painless. Have not fitted shingles ,because it has rained every day since delivery. Written instructions on shingle fitting would help.

Pre-sales office staff good and the delivery chap was excellent. The main structure, corner posts, purlins and rafters, were good and solid and easy to assemble. However the roof boards were not so good. After fitting the first two or three boards it became obvious that the boards were running out of line and when fitted to the central rafter the boards were not long enough to reach the hip. This must be a production fault as the main structure is pre-notched and it is not possible to get wrong. I had to purchase further timber locally and increased the cost from my fitters. SUGGESTION - Supply the boards oversized in one length (not two) and cut to suit on site. With the half height wall panels ....as above supply the capping sill in one length not three. I bought my own sill in one length. Much much neater and very sturdy. So sturdy in fact that I didn`t use the anchor bolts and, trust me, the wall is going nowhere.
