Great range of products to browse online. Very easy and quick online ordering system and able to add extras as required to suit needs. Regular correspondence after placing order to confirm receipt and then arrange delivery. Excellent service provided by delivery drivers, carefully offloading from lorry and placing neatly inside garage. Great instructions which read through prior to delivery and assisted in a simple build of product. Very happy with gazebo.

Ordered a huge and expensive pagoda which turned out to be good value compared to other companies (plus other companies wanted us to unload!!!!!). Excellent customer service. Fantastic turnaround. 7 days from ordering to delivery. Delivery chap on his own due to current Covid situation. He did a sterling job unpacking what must have been a one ton pagoda in many parts. Thank you all at Dunster House Ltd and also the company who supplied and delivered our pagoda (still to be put up but I'm sure it will be fab)......
