We are really impressed by the gazebo and shed we bought. We could track the delivery and it arrived exactly as suggested by the web site. The only slight negative as that there is no pre-drilling and the instructions were a little vague at times.

An excellent gazebo with good quality timber, but not an easy job to assemble. This is not a DIY flat pack but a builders kit of parts, although I did to everyone's amazement build it myself single handed, but then I am an Electrical Engineer with lots of ingenuity !. Very disappointing that they can't be bothered to drill most of the holes, especially when you get to the end and start the balustrade and find not only the holes are missing, so are any dimensions as to where to drill them, just showing the space between the spindles is not good enough. The roof is the worst part of the assembly when you find 200 pieces of wood with around 450 nails all needing a hole to be drilled to prevent splitting. Having almost finished it, it does look very good, still deciding if I am going to put the shingle on, as there are virtually no instructions or mention of adhesive, I thought this would have been supplied ?. I have watched the You Tube instruction which does not cover this particular assembly. Delivery was very quick, and the delivery drivers were excellent providing us with a lot of help unloading the eye watering mass of parts.

The 5x3 artemis walled gazebo was exceptionally well built and my husband constructed it with minimum help from me. Online videos helped with construction too. Thoroughly recommend Dunster house for their professional assistance & advise, through to eventual delivery.

Like many other prospective purchasers, I spent some time trawling through the past reviews, some of which surprisingly were none too complimentary. However on closer inspection it appeared that most poor reviews were down to either customers not understanding the nature of natural wood products or they simply hadn`t read the small print in the order. So I took the plunge and ordered a 5m by 4m Severn Log Cabin. From start to finish of the delivery and erection process (which I undertook myself), I found the whole experience to be excellent. The delivery took place on time and the app for tracking the delivery vehicle was spot on. The delivery took place without mishap and the delivery guys were polite and very helpful. The erection was simple and the instructions were easy to follow. Apart from a couple of slightly warped long logs, which were anticipated and easily resolved, the building was up in 2 days. All the elements were there with a couple of spares of the longer lengths. The shingle roof covering albeit a bit fiddly went on without a hitch with a pack to spare and looks pretty good. I chose the Mendip mist protective coating which I applied by hand with a 3` brush and I must say that this is the best exterior stain/protective coat that I have ever used. It covered in 1 coat and was easy to apply. The quantity supplied has allowed me to apply 2 coats with enough left in the second can to apply another coat later in the year prior to winter. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this type of garden building supplied from Dunster House

Easy to follow instructions with good quality fixing. The height was lower than anticipated (100mm) so we had to add some blocks to raise it up.
