I have been thrilled with my new Atlas Chunky Gazebo!! From start to finish the customer service has been excellent. The staff are so polite and helpful and I would like to thank Jade for helping to make the ordering and delivery so easy. It has now been erected and it exceeds my expectations! The quality is excellent, the neighbours have been in awe and it has made a waste of space in the garden to somewhere we can sit and enjoy the summer even if there is a drop of rain. The number of pieces that arrived was quite daunting but once sorted out it was easy to follow the step by step instructions - even for my husband! The delivery driver was so helpful and had such a sense of humour. Thank you Dunster for everything. Lesley CAble

Very pleased with the gazebo, fits in the space we had for it perfectly.You can build it yourself ,just need a hand to put the roof on,probably best to fit the shingles first.

Just placed an order for a Severn Log Cabin and a Dutch Barn. Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process nice and easy. Ordered their products before for my son a couple of years ago and their service and products were and still are it seems `top-notch`... Good service all along the line, especially delivery where the guys went above and beyond to make sure the kit was safely off loaded despite the water logged conditions. Haven`t had chance to erect it yet as the lockdown has prevented us finishing the groundwork, so I hope it all stays safe under a tarpulin.

This took two men a day and a half to construct, getting the tiles on the top was tricky as they had to sit on the slippery roof. The end result is terrific and exactly what we needed.
