Great customer services from start to finish. Only down side was delivery to pavement I cleared the drive of car but couldn't put in. We had complaints from people round about as a lot of disabled and couldn't get by. Took a long time to move. Everything else has been perfect

Re 8â€™ x4â€™ log cabin The cabin was delivered on time despite the long journey, all neatly packed, driver was very helpful in off loading. The kit went together very quickly with no problems, you do need to read the instructions properly! One of the roof drawings was confusing if not actually wrong, apart from that congratulations on an excellent product!

Our cabin was delivered on the day and time we arranged. We were very happy with the two man delivery team. Originally, we had enquired about Dunsterâ€™s assembling the cabin, but were told the service was unavailable to us, as we didnâ€™t have the required clear space either side of the construction. It was with slight hesitation we took on the construction ourselves. It took about 4 hours for me to construct the base, walls, windows and doorframe. The following day, with help from a friend, the doors were hung, the roof was installed and insulated. The third day the single kit was fitted. Floor and floor insulation were completed. The following evening the cabin was painted externally. Cabin was completed to a very high standard, thanks to clear and concise instructions. Undertaking the construction myself was highly satisfying. Itâ€™s added another room to our house and itâ€™s one of the best improvements we have ever made. We are very glad we chose a Dunster cabin and would highly recommend.

Easy to follow instruction manual that tells you step by step of how you should work from start to finish. Me and my wife erected ours in 4 days dodging the rain she was doing the sorting and passing the bits for me to put together. Very happy from start to finish I was kept up to date from ordering to delivery, and it was even delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The delivery guy was very helpful and even gave a few tips on assembly.
