Re 8' x4' log cabin The cabin was delivered on time despite the long journey, all neatly packed, driver was very helpful in off loading. The kit went together very quickly with no problems, you do need to read the instructions properly! One of the roof drawings was confusing if not actually wrong, apart from that congratulations on an excellent product!

From ordering a new 3 x 2.5 summer house to the day it arrived the customer service was excellent, had emails and phone conversations to confirm delivery date and time & at any point i could go online and check where my order was. When delivery was made I was very impressed with the quality of the parts and the fact that the window & door frames were pre assembled made the build so much easier. The only negative I would have is, on a DIY build the instructions are very hard to follow if your not to competent. The combination of 2 instruction manuals, a generic build, and a specific summerhouse build made it very hard to jump from one to the other. Moving forward you should take the time to have just one build instruction manual for every item that you sell. Other than that the summerhouse was all built in 2 evenings after work and painted over the weekend. Totally happy with our summerhouse and would highly recommend based on our experience.
