Advice and Order completion with Sales agent (Liam) was efficient and unpressured Updates and notification of delivery were received. Delivery was on time and on date specified. Delivery guys were polite and accommodating. Quality looks excellent still to erect myself but instructions clearly illustrated. We though the price was exceptional value compare to similar quality summer houses.

Not pushy at all but very helpful which is why we decided to go with Dunster House. All communication has been good. We don't take delivery of our cabin and side store until mid July and I am hoping that everything will be just as good. Price was good too.

After deciding to look for a summer house, we came across the Dunster House website. We were impressed with the appearance and description of the Severn Log Cabin. We arranged to visit Dunster House in Bedford and were impressed by the extensive display of garden buildings. The salesman showed us the log cabin and a few other buildings and explained the differences between them. He did not try to pressure us to purchase, but we felt so impressed by the quality of the products that we decided to go ahead and order. That delivery was estimated to be after 6 weeks, but in fact it arrived in a month. The instructions proved to be very extensive and everything went together and worked as promised. The quality of the log cabin is superb and is a joy to look at. In one day we built the main structure up to roof level and the second day completed fitting the 80 roof boards and membrane so it was water tight. The weather has been terrible so since the first couple of days it has taken longer than expected to complete. The quality of the product is excellent. I did have a few questions during the build and they were all answered satisfactorily by email on the same day. We can thoroughly recommend Dunster House products based on our experience.
