Delivery not a quick as i thought it might be when placing the order but did receive 2 weeks notice of expected delivery about a a week or so after placing the order. I managed this all through the online portal which worked fine and received a call from the customer service team to say when the driver was at my house, which gives you 20 mins to get home to sign. (this works well if you work close to home and do not want the day at home waiting for delivery as unable to give you a specific time slot). Product purchased is good for the money and easy to construct (with the help of some online videos regarding Shingle tiles). I manage to complete within two days with only general assistance from my young son to support the frame and stage one of constructing the roof when fixing.

I was a bit apprehensive to spend so much money without seeing the Gazebo other the on the internet. I took the plunge and the final result is great. Good strong build, well engineered and looks fantastic. 10 out of 10 for Dunster would definitely recommend

So the log cabin is nearly finished... We have the coronet....very happy with the whole process....from ordering to the the one man delivery... It arrived just over 2 weeks ago...and we have erected over a couple of wkends..just to put a few finishing bits . It fitted together with great ease ...some of the roof boards were a bit twisted..but using a clap..as the instructions say...solved the issue. The finished cabin is going to look fantastic. The quality if great....we will using it as a a summer house....looking forward to painting it...

Ordered Dunster House Severn 5m x 4m Cabin 45 mm wall inc. roof and floor insulation option Jan. 2019 during offer period from Bedford office good offer price, ordering thr`o to delivery no problems all questions and queries were answered via `e`mail by Zac our sales guy, delivery was as forecast and driver was very helpful in unloading the almost 2000Kg. of timber and parts. Once ordered had access to download the comprehensive assembly instructions and recommendations for the base build. Timber laid undercover (using supplied thick quality plastic sheet) for 3 months waiting for weather to improve -- timbers remained very stable and almost no twisted timbers were found during assembly which were not a problem (Dunster have video showing how to assemble those timbers that are twisted -- which can be the nature of wood) Cabin is now completed (almost single handed ) VERY HAPPY with the results found once roof was installed and given few weeks the weight of roof has closed all wall gaps and settled well. I am quite a competent DIYer aged 68 had no issues with Dunster House and product quality and would recommend. DJ.

Decided to go with the Dunster house 5 x 4 Severn Log Cabin for a games / movie room in the garden. Went for the insulation on roof and floor. I had my builder do the base which was the hardcore and the similar RapidGrid system (this was supplied by the builder not Dunster) I built the cabin myself over a weekend in February (we had good weather) with help from my 16 year old son when we started getting higher up. It slotted together almost perfectly only a couple of logs needed extra effort to lock in, it is wood so it does move. I had watched the online videos and also read the instructions before starting out (unusual for a man!) but being able to download before it arrives really helps. By the end of the first weekend it was built and only had the roof covering to complete which was done the following weekend, I put the roof tarpaulin the first weekend to ensure it was at least water tight. Got it sealed with 2 coats of clear and then 2 coats of dark brown sealant, this was brought from alternative website after I did some research on the best type to use. I have now completed it pretty much and everyone in the family loves it, my daughter has planned the first sleep over. Can't fault the cabin.
