A Al-Mashoor
Can not fault Dunster House, I bought, they delivered, I built. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful log cabin. (Special thanks to Samson and his mate, the delivery guys couldn't do enough and with care moving the cabin to where I wanted it) Brilliant, very happy.

Very well made and delivered when they said . Read the instruction manual several times and watch the Dunster House videos on you tube , Everything goes together really well . One bit of advice I would give , Wood is a natural product and you may find the odd slightly twisted piece of wood , don't panic , get a pair of grips or stillsons and put a piece of packing each side , twist the wood until it drops in to its grooves . Sorted , the next row will keep it straight . By the way my self and my wife did all the erecting of the 5m x 4m summerhouse and we are just short of 70 years old , if we can do it anyone can .

Good quality, good communication. Looks great now finished. Beware curb side delivery means literally that, it couldn't be unloaded even 2 m from our gate way. Instructions are a bit ambiguous but watch videos online to make sense of things.

When it got delivered, I thought oh my god what have I let myself in for. However, if you take your time, try not to rush it, and make sure you follow the instructions it will work out fine. Now that it is finished, it looks amazing. Everyone who`s seen it, loves it. We purchased the shingles and it is well worth it. We`ve put lights in ceiling now and spend hours in it. I`m writing this review in it. Great quality and looks beautiful.
