Following extensive research I finally chose a Dunster House log cabin, took delivery of it last week and assembled it this weekend! The experience and the log cabin do live up to the hype......mostly. On the negative side (so my review can end on a positive): 1. Delivery was almost 5 weeks, not the 3 the sales team ‘suggested' 2. I wish they would stop running g down the competition - it does you a disservice! 3. Assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired!! On the positive side: 1. Staff (including the delivery guys) were very helpful throughout 2. The price is very competitive 3. The cabin components are of very good quality, including the screws, nails etc. 4. It looks great 5. It was pretty easy to assemble single-handed 6. Online videos help with assembly. All in all a solid 4/5 from me!

Fantastic from start to finish, having had a family member buy an extremely large cabin 2 years ago which I assembled, I felt it was my time to get one, as he had a great experience from Dunster House himself. Customer service was excellent got through to them every time, with no hassle. Delivery was amazing using their own onboard forklift and even on my street which is very narrow! superb skills from the driver! Just started assembling but going together as per instructions, which I must stress you need to read from cover to cover. All logs are going together quite nicely and is very straight forward to assemble even for the keen diy`er. Thanks, Dunster House! Great product at a great price!!!!

Although I haven’t put the cabin together yet The sales department is were very efficient and helpful I had to cancel my order and reorder a different cabin due to unforeseen problems and they dealt with it and me in a very helpful way I would definitely buy again and recommend
