Dear Eddie, thank you for your review. We are happy you are so pleased with your summerhouse. We work hard to ensure the high standards of our products and we think that it is telling by how positive you are about the overall product, despite your other feelings about our company. Regarding your other comments, our policy regarding our customer services is very clear and well published. We have a very cut and dry method for ensuring a speedy resolution to customer issues. We ask our customers to check the goods as problems such as a broken pane of glass can very easily be spotted upon delivery. If spotted on delivery, we have an automatic process that would have ensured that you would have received a replacement quickly. If we are not informed until after the delivery has been completed, we have no method of determining if the glass was broken before the delivery or after our driver has left. We are very usual in our policies and signing a delivery note from Dunster House as "unchecked" does not remove the responsibility of a customer to check the goods any more than it would for any other delivery firm. We are very sorry if at any point you felt rushed during your delivery and we promise that we will review our training to ensure our drivers are reminded to give our customers adequate time to properly check their delivery.
