The finished log cabin looks great but

The finished log cabin looks great but some parts are not the same as in the instructions. Some logs just dont sit as expected however much you follow the guidelines and do as instructed. Washers for storm braces were too small so used some better ones I had. Door lock is poor. Roof waterproof membrane is not fit for purpose.

The bar is well made although the instructions were not easy to follow. Overall I am very happy with my purchase

Delivered on time, very helpful crew. Well made, all the correct bits supplied and straight forward to put up if you have all the correct tools. Derfinately a 2 man job to put it up. Delighted with the finished product.

Excellent service, helpful in carrying pergola into the garage. Now are garden is nearly completed, the pergola is in place. Very good quality, it took two people to assemble the pergola, everything went into place perfectly. So pleased with the results. We would and have recommended this company.
