The staff were very helpful and friendly. The delivery staff were great. The whole process from ordering to delivery went very smoothly. The gazebo was of excellent quality and great value for money. It's assembled now thanks to the very clear instructions. No missing or damaged parts. Highly recommended!

Purchased a gazebo from Dunster House
Purchased a gazebo from Dunster House which was delivered on the date and time confirmed by them. Assemble was straight forward (although took slightly longer that stated in literature). Really happy with outcome and quality.

Husband found it easy to put up, hard work but he did it mainly on his own with just some help putting new decking down to take the gazebo.

From Beginning to end the experience was perfect. Marcus the sales person explained everything how it would all work, delivery was quick and dropped off by two lads who were professional and approachable. The build...took us longer than we thought due to rain but instructions were clear and easy to follow. Delighted with the end product

Great company.
Great company. We ordered & received the Utopia 300 gazebo on the 21/6. The whole experience from order upto delivery was excellent. Samson was very helpful with the order & advise. The delivery guys were really polite & friendly. It took two very experienced builders 6 hrs to assemble it all. The instructions were very clear & precise & all the fittings were supplied. We are really pleased with our purchase & would not hesitate to recommend Dunster house to anyone.
