Amazing Service and Product
Absolutely cannot fault the product or service I received. I ordered the Utopia Wooden Pergola on Monday 28th of April and it got delivered on the 2nd of may 5 days later amazing service, the product took me 2 hours to put up which again was great, the instructions are clear and the wood is a good quality. Overall really happy and it looks amazing.

One Year Later
As title says. I have waited a year before writing this review for the.... Terminator Pent Log Cabin Approx. W4m x D3m Wall Thicknesses: 45mm. I have got nothing negative to say. I Would go for at least this thickness, while I was thinking of the 25mm I'm so glad I didn't..the shed just feels better.. more sturdy, no creeks or groans. Feels like it will last forever if looked after...It's my only buying advice. I will offer my building advice later. The ordering was straight forward. Arranging the delivery date was straight forward. Delivery was a bit hectic as the delivery people just off loaded and all the bits weren't clearly labelled..they were labelled but not clearly when you are in a rush. But not a major issue just be advised. Building took 2 to 3 days to fully complete with 2/3 people. That's with felt on roof and moved in. And no, while I do DIY I have never done this before. Now for some advice. Base Has to be FLAT...NO IF NO BUTS. The first couple of shed levels are the hardest to do. You have to make sure that the corners are at perfect right angles..I found using one of the back board lengths at the front (where the door is) helped with this. I just kept moving it up as the building got higher. Use the spare off cuts to tap the plank's together...the tongue and grove can split. The rest hopefully will be straight forward for you. A year later, I've had no issues. It's been used winter and summer and a real addition to the house.

I spent a very long time considering which shed/garden building to buy, how much to pay, where to source it, what style, etc etc. I am a thorough researcher! I eventually loanded on Dunster House and the Terminator pent roof (5m x 3m). I will be honest and say that I had some doubts as the price seemed so reasonable given the cost of timber these days, but eventually I pressed the go button. From that moment to completion of the building I have been remarkably impressed with the product and the service. The shed itself is brilliant, with sturdy well made materials and it is everything that I wanted. The price I think is excellent considering the average market costs, and the service has been superb. If I had any criticism it would be around the assembly instructions. Overall these were great, but a little more text and detail would have saved me a bit of head scratching. I would definitely recommend Dunster House.

Wooden gazebo. Brilliant quality
Took 2 days to build but the instructions were brilliant and the quality and thought gone into the construction was excellent. Highly recommend. Plus Dunster service was top class.

Superb quality
Bought in Feb 2024. Delivered earlier than told excellent. Bought the 6x4 terminator. Myself and my son had it built fully in two days,Saturday all main building up. Sunday laid the floor and done the roof complete with the epdm sheeting then the felt. It’s had two coats of very expensive oil. Do not buy cheap water based products for your cabin. Very very easy build. Looks superb and it’s better than my local. 6x3 pool table fits superbly. Full size cues and you don’t touch the sides of the cabin. Yes it’s settled and it’s wood so it does move. Over the moon with our bar. Thank you dubstep house.

Great Guys on Delivery
Just to say Graham and Tom who delivered our Severn log cabin and Dutch Barn shed were very helpful and friendly. A pleasure to meet them and chat while they worked hard carefully unloading. Thanks guys. I have built many sheds but struggling with the instructions. There are install codes but the codes are not shown against the drawings above for the loose timbers, also the cladding and trims etc. The quality seems very good.

From speaking to Martin to having it delivered plus my additional half side panel the process is so easy, took me 2 days to put together but it was super easy once Id read through a couple of times, looks awesome & I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you all

Cannot fault the garage at all. Quality and appearance is amazing, many compliments from the neighbors. Took about 3 days start to finish including shingles, painting and gutters. Delivery guys were spot on arriving on time and unloading where needed with some advice too. Went together easy just make sure its perfectly square as you build up.
