Good quality sturdy pergola

Very happy with the pergola I ordered from Dunster House. Plenty of positive reviews convinced me that they were the right business to order from. I wanted a sturdy, long-lasting structure so I went for the thicker 120mm posts. Communication was perfectly adequate; I knew exactly what to expect on delivery day. The pergola was installed by a landscaper, which he found easy enough to do with a colleague. To note: the screws that were provided to attach the structure to the ground are compatible with a concrete base. My pergola was installed on a patio covered with Indian sandstones - using the provided screws would have shattered them. Instead the landscaper simply used an appropriate type of glue.

We are absolutely delighted with our Gazebo which was erected in 3 days by a single person without any issues. All the parts were there and the instructions easy to follow. Dunster House could not have been more helpful and such a good company to work with from delivery to returning panels which we decided not needed. We would highly recommend this company as this really is a solid quality product.

Excellent Porch

Amazing porch - such good quality for the price. We had some doubts when we ordered it because it was so much cheaper than others, but not wood is solid and sturdy. Installation was straightforward and free felt is a nice bonus

Extremely Well Constructed but a few issues with erecting it.

In terms of materials this is better than any we have seen in Garden Centres, even from other well known brands. The timber is good quality and the tongue and groove boards are substantial. However the door furniture could have been a better qualityThe panels are well constructed and not simply stapled together. The delivery team were polite and courteous and placed the pack as far on to my property as they could and left it neat and covered. There was one piece missing (a plastic sill) but email contact with the after sales team resulted in them quickly sending a replacement. Five stars so far but The instructions could have been much better. Any black and white line diagram has the potential to look like an Escher optical illusion- these instructions do at times. The Rage Panda shares its construction with the Overlord Shed and Potting Shed so the instructions apply to all three. It would be more helpful if the instructions only pertained to the model one has actually purchased. This would enable the instructions to be expanded and made less ambiguous. For example the instructions tell you to erect a panel along the length and then one adjacent to it and then do the same opposite (is that directly or diagonally opposite) and then continue. There is no mention of how to fit the doors. One is advised to pre-drill before screwing but this sometimes involves guessing where to drill. In a number of cases one has to drill at angle but this is not so easy for the average DIYer- please consider doing the pre drilling in the factory. Some of the design is necessitated by the need to make the delivery pack compact but this does result in some components having to be screwed together on site rather than arrive as factory perfect construction. The construction took two days ( but it was the June heatwave) and there were occasions when we wanted clear written step by step instructions rather than a picture. The summer house looks good even if some screw holes are now in the wrong place due to guesswork

Quality shed

This is my second purchase from Dunster due to their amazing quality. This shed is super quality, easy to build with really good installation instructions. I built this by myself in two days. Very happy customer and will be using Dunster again for any other garden project.

Amazing

I've had this built a couple of months now, I've been wondering what to do with it, firstly i varnished it with 5 gallon of varnish, outside so far its had 10 gallon of engine oil and diesel, the colours amazing. Obviously it wasn't built as instructions as i wanted to put solar panels on it, that's still to do, but its now carpeted, it's got a 98" tv, surround sound and cinema seats, and yes its stepped like a cinema. I've got half of it left to find a use for. Now I'm building a foundation for a second one, 4x3 this time as its getting batteries as well as solar panels. And i know what this one's for, making booze. Although I dont drink i enjoy making it. And I'll do my hobbies in it. Although I'm going to try and stick with two as i want my garden too. But tbe best investment ive made yet.
