I have nothing but praise for the garage or the erection team. The quality of the garage is far superior to anything I expected . The two assemblers were great and spent two days putting it up .All I had to do was keep out of the way and supply coffee. My advice to any purchaser is to not even think of either erecting the garage yourself or getting your local handyman on the case . Secondly I would advise that you had someone there to protect it with paint or stain immediately so that the building does not hang around in an unprotected state . Patrick Dawson . Saddleworth .

Hello, we recently bought the Utopia 200 gazebo from Dunster House to put over our hot tub. We were very pleased with the order process, the delivery and the quality of the product. The optional shingles on the roof were well worth the extra. The price was excellent for the product received. Many thanks Dunster house, we will recommend you!

I am very pleased with my purchase . I am pleased with the quality of the garage and very pleased with the two men who erected the garage . I am certain I could not have erected it myself . My only comment on how matters could be improved is as follows . Be aware that this is not a complaint . It would be better if one could pay a little extra to have the wood pr treated, i.e. before erection . I have painted it but the vast majority of thr structure is inaccessible to paint which will leave it prone to early rotting . I refer specifically to the beam which is in direct contact with the concrete base . Happy with my purchase . Patrick Dawson

We are very pleased with the quality and "value for money" of the Vantage 300 summer house. We elected to self-build and found the instructions easy to follow, however one should stress it needs two people to erect including finishing the top of the shingle roof. Unlike "IKEA products" none of the components are pre-drilled so correct levelling etc. is essential. We are really pleased with the finished summer house and would recommend Dunster House to others.

Hi Dunster House, I would just like to write and tell you that my Summerhouse is now up and treated. I am thrilled to bits with it. It went together quite easily and looks a nice addition to the garden. Today I went and got some flooring for it to go on the tongue and groove. I now need some furniture in and it is set. I am also suitably impressed with all the dealings I have had with you from the taking of my order, my deposit, my balance, to being updated about delivery and last but not least your delivery man who was lovely. It makes such a difference. I am also impressed to find that you do your deliveries in house and do not farm them out to contractors. That makes such a difference to customers too, especially those with limited time to hang around waiting - like me! Thank you very much for making it such a good experience. Regards, Christine Eynon.

My Dunster House Vantage 300 Summerhouse was delivered on time and all the parts were there. The delivery crew were helpful and courteous. I elected to go for self-assembly and found that the instructions are concise but clear provided you read them carefully. I found that it was possible to assemble the summer house on my own with the occasional assistance from my wife to hold things in place. If you opt to put shingles on the roof they take up a lot of time to cut and fit - but are well worth it as the final effect is excellent. Ensure you weather proof with good quality preservative and varnish and you will have a summerhouse that will look good and will really last.
