Very happy with our purchase. The installation team were excellent. It took 3 coats of cuprinol wood preserver but it was well worth it, the summerhouses are excellent value for money and we found the service very reliable, the only critisim I have is that when you order the website could be a bit more user friendly when ordering extras such as the shingles for the roof etc.I would recommend that any customer ordering the vantage300 spends that little bit extra and orders the shingles because they really make the summerhouse stand out. Product: Vantage 250 Traditional Summerhouse

Everything arrived early May but due to the great british weather have only just finished as did not want to rush/ruin building our Vantage 250. I would like to say what a fantastic product, Materials very good quality, all arrived nothing broken,We opted for the shingles and the cream paint and after many hours work is now fully weatherproof, even after monsoon rain i expected some leaks! but no water tight. It took two of us to build it and i would say two much for one person on there own, unless very fit, and good at DIY. Instructions were very clear and easy to read. You do need plenty of space as it is bigger than i thought, and putting on the shingles on the roof you will need long ladders and arms to reach the middle! Just finished installing the electrics yesterday and now with sockets and lights working, we can enjoy this marvellous summer house even though summer is nearly over! Finally i would buy from Dunter House again and next years project is a Greenhouse which we will look at what Dunster House has to offer.

Product: Vantage 250 Traditional Summerhouse

An excellent product and superb value for the price. Definately easier to erect with two people, structure took just a couple of hours. The roof took about four hours as I used shingles, this was worth the effort as the finish given by the shingles makes it look a first class product. Also purcahsed the stain provide by Dunster and this also madds to the expensive looking effect. One negative was the delivery time which was seven weeks, had I not called for a delivery date after 4 weeks I am not sure what would have happened.

Product: Vantage 300 Traditional Summerhouse

We are really pleased with our Vantage 300 Summerhouse. We have painted it with Cuprinol Garden Shades in Seagrass and Country Cream and with the black shingled roof it really does look pretty. It wasn't as easy to erect as we had hoped and there are gaps between panels which we will have to fill and hopefully will not make it less structurally sound. We are not totally novice at this kind of thing but in retrospect I think the construction service would have been well worth the money! Saying that, we are thrilled with the pretty little addition to our home and have just enjoyed a family barbeque and relaxed in the summer house afterwards. The price was really competitive and the Summer Houses of similar size seemed really shoddy in comparison, particularly having plywood floors and ceilings. I love our tongue and groove floor which we have stained for protection and the ceiling looks lovely too. The customer service team and delivery man was great too. Thank you!

Excellent product delivered on time and with no missing parts. The shingle roof is heavy and of good quality. A two person job to erect and requires 3 coats of paint. We are pleased with the summerhouse.
