Really pleased with the quality of the timber. No knots or rough planned wood. Plenty of screws etc. and tolerances were spot on except one of the doors. The summer house was delivered out of the back of a van and therefore nothing but ground to store all the parts on. We expected it to come on a pallet, and wrapped. Fairly straight forward to errect. Advise 3 friends. Parts all labelled. Helpful. We ordered the shingles. Nightmare to fix. Adhesive just doesnt work in February. Cutting takes ages. Do not underestimate just how long that takes. At least a day (8hours) to get the roof done. It looks good though, and worth putting on a liner first. The company provide no base plans. This was an oversight. If you are not used to setting out a hexagon dig out the two floor panels first and build the base using them as a template. We didnt think of that and have had to put a skirt of decking around to cover up the disaster. Cost us the saving we had made by buying throght Dunster.

From start to finish Simon and his partner worked like troopers, they never moaned about the weather which was diabolical, they said they would be here on Monday morning and would have it completed by mid day Thursday.true to their word they had it completed by Thursday.They knew that we were having other work done aswell in the house and they just got on with it and they were the only one's that didn't let us down. We would recommend them to everybody and well done.The Cabin itself is exactly what we wanted and we are totally happy with it and would reccomend purchasing it to anybody that asks. A Big Thankyou to everybody and it was Money well spent.

Hi The summer house looks value for money and the service we received was good, the driver was helpful too. we have not yet erected the unit yet to the bad weather we are having here. I'm sure it will meet our expectations and we know we have the back up of the company if we get stuck? Regards Peter Cook

We like the summer house very much though feel the customer service lets this company down. Having ordered it and had the phone call for delivery within 3 weeks we were delighted. As we would be on holiday that day we asked for a new date as someone has to be at the house to receive and carry in the goods as they're only delivered to the kerbside. We were surprised to hear that we would have to wait another MONTH before it could be delivered. As customer services don't deal with problems on the phone we wrote a letter expressing concerns about the long delay for delivery. NO REPLY. When the summer house eventually arrived it was damaged and parts had to be returned with the driver. The replacement parts were sent very quickly. (Why couldn't the response to our initial delay have been this prompt?) It took 2 days to put up. It was fairly straightforward but required some common sense and judgement where the instructions were not sufficiently clear.
