Great quality product
This is a pretty serious shed. Everything is solid and well made. I noticed one large piece was damaged, but apparently, so had they! That was the only bit left at the end. I managed most of the job myself, but needed a lift with some of the heavier pieces. Reckon on about a week’s work. You don’t need to be a professional joiner, but it is a long way beyond putting together IKEA furniture!

Really positive experience with Dunster
Really positive experience with Dunster House. Great customer service, very helpful but not pushy. Delivery arrived when promised and was offloaded smoothly. The summerhouse went together well and we are really happy with the finished result. My husband is nearly finished painting then we are looking forward to using our summerhouse. I would definitely recommend them.

I so recommend Dunster
I looked at a lot of gazebos and kept coming back to Dunster House. I found ordering easy and any questions I had were answered fully. I was worried about delivery as my hubby was away but I needn't have as the guys were brilliant both friendly and efficient. I had a slight problem as the 'front' rail was slightly 'bowed' (natural thing to happen with wood). I mentioned it to Customer Service who promptly arranged a replacement. I cannot fault this Company and had a real laugh with the friendly lot there. Thank you Team Dunster!

From ordering to delivery it was all smooth going
From ordering to delivery it was all very smooth and efficient. The log cabin is now built and painted and now in use . We had thicker walls roof and floor Isolation for year round use. The local joiner who built it for us said it was very good quality and better than Previous ones he had built up .
