The company were excellent and helpful in the purchase and delivery of the climbing frame for my grandchildren. The construction of this was 'eventful' and took much longer than the specified time. However once done, this was an excellent product.

Very professional service, from the beginning to the end. When receiving my log cabin, realised I had two small parts missing. Upon contacting customers support, part was sent out straight away and were received the very next day. The quality of my log cabin was outstanding and Dunster House was available for any after sale support.

VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE AND VERY HELPFUL

Bought a large log cabin to use as an office. Lots of information given before we bought the log cabin from the friendly, knowledgable staff. It arrived on the day we specified and the delivery guys were really friendly and helpful. We decided to build the cabin ourselves and it was actually very straight forward (although the instructions could have been slightly more detailed). Very happy with the end result, and everyone comments on how lovely it looks in our garden.
