I was advised that the build could be done by one person in a couple days it took two people (professional builders)two days.not including the roofing.the salesman also said it did not need fixing to the ground,it needs a concrete base. I am very pleased with the overall design and the wood is of better than expected quality. I would recommend this product without hesitation. Just don’t believe all the salesman tell you!

I'm delighted with my Severn Log Cabin with side store. I bought it from the Basingstoke branch. I had to wait about 8 or 9 weeks for delivery which I thought was quite a long wait but Dunster House were very good at communicating and keeping in touch. I initially thought that the installation fee was very high but after seeing how much effort and skill was required to erect the cabin I am so glad that I opted to pay for their expertise. The Cabin arrived at about 8.30am on quite a big lorry and 3 men unloaded it absolutely horrendous weather (cold and rain). 2 guys then worked for three days to finish the installation. They were very friendly, polite and hard working and gave me lots of useful advice about how to care for my cabin so it will have a good and long life. My experience with Dunster House was very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend their service.
