Great service great product easy to put up fast delivery in all a great experience

faversham kent product new line bike shed,altough use for storage as fitted space required extra storage..1st came in shop as knew what wanted as seen online.wasnt on show,but knew what wanted for shed,so went ahead.& was welcome by staff & dealt with professionally by team mainly Gentey,the female sales person.del.wait as expected 3/4 wks.del.ok & had 2 x delivery team although didn't expext,so bonus,would be good if offered put up service at reasonalble price as.had find friend to put up so had store couple days in dry garage which was pretty straightforward as instruction leaflet.also impressed all ironmongery incl.with fictures & fittings.did use some own screws & made couple extra bits but that's personal choice.impressed felt already on,could possibly have thicker felt but be ok for now,again the base supports not really thick enough on ground as would soon rot,but again have added thicker ground supports to allow better air flow & ground clearance from wet to protect longer.wood is softwood so handle carefully as easy to mark & only downfall was although flat packed & covered the cover was staple to item which has made some marks & unable to get all staples out as wood mark further,so maybe just banding better as this had marked some areas & had to leave these,maybe paint over in time but at moment painted enough for now.,but now up is much better quality & better looking than any other product looked at for the price which incl.del.so on the whole v.g.service.thankyou.

Brilliant product,very easy to put together(however codes on the actual planks would have been helpful) me and hubby built it in our spare time in about 8 days, very sturdy and wood of good quality,not many crap pieces,loved that very few nails where used,would recommend this product to anyone

This summer house is the second product we have purchased from dunster House and we decided to view this time with them based on the strength, quality and durability of the climbing frame apparatus we bought first time. Found the staff at the showroom to be professional, attentive and focused with good attention to detail and more importantly a sense of humour! Delivery stafff were equally a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the satisfaction of seeing the summer house when complete and will definitely recommend and use Dunster House in the future.

What a great we'll priced product could not be happier with the result.

Feel a bit miffed that after getting a quote and ordering, i found out that the figute was plus VAT ( ouch). The service however was top notch and the delivery driver was perfect. The cabin itself had a few split planks and a dovetail damaged but I got round this. My biggest beef is that although i am a time served tradesman and have built a few of these cabins, the instructions are extremely poor in detail and misleading and it took me quite a while to dechipher some of the drawings.

The treehouse is lovely quality and delivered as promised. The kids love it.

Great service good product bought as birthday present for our 4 grandchildren they all love it.
