superb me and my brother put it up in 3 days and can i just say im over the moon with it quality thankyou dunsterhouse so much cause i cannot fault you and the lad that dropped it off was brilliant too its a big thumbs up from me

The product is top quality and was relatively easy to put together. Two people are needed to do the roof but apart from that it can be done by one person. Communication was great, delivery was on time and the driver was polite and offloaded quickly. Would highly recommend Dunster House product and staff at all levels. Summer house is looking good, thank you.

Having looked at various Log Cabins we chose to buy a Dunster House Severn 5 x 4 metre. And we are very pleased with our purchase . We were told 2-6 weeks delivery time and it came in 4 weeks. We paid for the 2 man delivery and the 2 delivery guys were very good and efficient. They put the Cabin parts in rear garden as requested and were most cheerful about it and no moaning what so ever (Theres a lot of wood). The construction took 13.5 hours (8am - 9:30pm) single handed which I was most pleased about ,all finished in 1 day ( A long tiring day ). Then it took me a further 2 days to paint but it looks fantastic. I have now installed electric lighting and sockets, a Bar and some of the furniture we want in it. And have a Log Burning Stove on order. When it is furnished completely we will send some photographs in so others can see the finished result. The only criticism I have of Dunster House is their pricing policy. I was preparing the site and putting a base in as fast as I could but every month from the Spring to the Summer they would put the prices up around £200 each time for my particular cabin, then after we purchased ours they started to reduce them again so I ended paying Top price for ours. However I was fortunate with the weather being good . I would'nt fancy putting it up in the winter its definitely a Summer job, and it was good to get it up and treated without a drop of rain touching it whatsoever . My wife is delighted with it and I know the house has virtually become redundant now !

Very good material with an excellent finish to a high standard. Only reason I have given 4 star rating is due to very poor instructions manual. The manual was just an overview and not step by step instructions. If this can be improved then I would not hesitate to give 5/5 rating.

Brilliant communication. Fab two man delivery. Took two people two days to put together (sadly they don’t offer a service where you can pay them to construct it). But very happy with the climbing frame.
