This is the second product I bought through Dunster House and worth every penny. Service was impeccable and gazebo went up quite easily.

Excellent product, simple instructions and the main thing the kids love it !!!

Order was delivered on the date requested with out issue. Assembly instructions were good but I must stress I wish at the begin of the build sheets you are told what size area must be level as sorting out ground conditions once it is all built was difficult. Finished product is very good and children love playing on it. high recommend it but please insure your garden is level before you start. would recommend it going on a decking.

I received excellent service, before deciding to buy I phone and discussed which product would suit us best and was given sensible advice on the product and how to site it and build it. Delivery was at a suitable time for me. However the driver had left parts in the warehouse which was disappointing and meant a delay in construction. But the missing parts were with me the next day so all was good. It went together easily and excellent quality for price. Only downside was price on Facebook ad was cheaper than actual order. Then after ordering there was a managers special price!

Very pleased with the Dunster shed received. Just a shame about the weather as we had no inside space to store the wood and had to rig up lots of tarps to cover the logs and cover the build as we went along. (Not Dunster's fault). Also very pleased with the two delivery guys who were excellent and helped us store the relevant bits in the correct order for construction. They were very personable and nothing was too much trouble. Really glad we went for the two person delivery on our 5m x 4m workshop. One person would have been there all night otherwise helping us to sort. Workshop now in place, from an amateur point of view, could have had a bit more guidance in certain areas, as we misunderstood some instructions and so had to re-do. However, all in all a very good experience and would certainly use Dunster again. Had so many good comments about the workshop and it looks fabulous and works well. Thank you Dunster House.

Allthough overall the product is top notch there are a few things I believe would change my experience with the fitting team, they could be given a brush to clear up after themselves and not leave the Small bits behind, plus where they use normal nails to place the floor boards tung and grove down and edging they could use hidden nails to make the floor inside look a little bit special, but other then that the experience was first class.

Generally very helpful, particularly in supplying a missing part.
