Product: Terminator SideStore Log Cabin

Following extensive research I finally chose a Dunster House log cabin, took delivery of it last week and assembled it this weekend! The experience and the log cabin do live up to the hype......mostly. On the negative side (so my review can end on a positive): 1. Delivery was almost 5 weeks, not the 3 the sales team ‘suggested' 2. I wish they would stop running g down the competition - it does you a disservice! 3. Assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired!! On the positive side: 1. Staff (including the delivery guys) were very helpful throughout 2. The price is very competitive 3. The cabin components are of very good quality, including the screws, nails etc. 4. It looks great 5. It was pretty easy to assemble single-handed 6. Online videos help with assembly. All in all a solid 4/5 from me!

We visited the Flixborough depot show cabins and met a really helpful and not pushy salesman. He helped a lot with options and sizes and when we phoned a couple of days later to place the order. The cabin was delivered when promised by 2 really helpful guys who knew what they were doing. The cabin went up according to the instructions with no real problems (only some minor warpage on a few logs which the youtube videos were really helpful for resolving). It took 1 day to get to roof height and another day to get the roof finished, facias on and other finishing bits. It looks really good and now just needs electrics and painting!
