Very happy with the sales team. Also the delivery guys. The shed is fine, however your dispatch team leave a lot to be desired. For example when my wife phoned to check delivery time was told between 8am and 6pm. We live in Cornwall and both work so asked could you be more specific on times. We know your dispatch office is Warminster. Asked was the lorry leaving the night before or the same morning. Unable to help us not good service. I was told the lorry was leaving in the morning but very ungraciously answered. Would not use again or recommend to friends. Feel once we had paid the after care was nonexistent.

I bought this as a Christmas presents for my kids. Overall it's fairly easy to build and instructions are easy to follow. Kids loved it. The only negative point is as shown in the picture. One of the big holes was not pre-drilled. I believe this is a production error, as all the rest holes are pre-drilled. This is one of the holes at the top ladder. I had to drill the hole my-self using available tools but my tools were much smaller in size so have to re-adjust a few times, and it's not perfect. The pictures should explain everything. I made it work eventually so there is no point to return the product, but I do want to escalate it and see if I can have a discount.

Brilliant product easy to assemble, kids love it.

Never bought a play/climbing frame before. The materials were excellent quality, construction was very easy and delivery was extremely quick, even before Christmas. Would definitely recommend this supplier.

Great when finished- however this is more of a construction project than the flat pack it was sold as the wood is not even drilled for screw holes and some proper tools are needed such as a socket set. It took several hours and was worth it.
