The summerhouse iteslf is good value for the money. I assembled it myself, no major problems except a few split beams and warped panesl but, its wood so you expect that. What I didnt expect is the brush off I got when I complained about a warped door, so badly warped I can put a finger inside the summerhouse without opening the door. Customer service basically told me, tough, sort it out yourself, take it apart, soak it and it will bend itself back into shape. Not impressed with that AT ALL.

We are very pleased with the purchase of our Summerhouse. The delivery of the product, and the staff and workmen that we met were excellant.. With regards to the windows and doors, however, we were disappointed that the internal sides were not fitted with an internal top insert to compliment the ones on the exterior. It makes the windows look unfinished, as you are looking at bare wood, from the rear of the exterior insert.

It is a lovely product. The wood was bowed so it hasn't fitted together as well as it should have, so I will need to have it shyster . The instructions are very confusing, however the online videos were easy to follow.

The delivery men from Dunsterhouse were amazing took best part of 2 hours, they sorted into correct sections. The Build quality is superb, instructions could be a bit clearer but assembly took about 1.5 days including the shingles was hard work but the results made this well worth the effort. Everyone who has seen it loves it, a beautiful place to be. Thank you Dunster House

Grade A Quality - Fantastic value for money - its a lot bigger inside than it looks in the photos plus no need for sound proofing as the 4.5cm walls keep most of the sound in i.e for playing music etc - overall very happy thanks

We purchased the climbing frame for our 2 year old son. The product is ok, however their were a number of issues: 1. Customer Services - Dunster prides itself on a family run business with traditional values. However, when it comes to customer services instead of being able to pick up the phone to speak to someone you can ONLY email. Their argument or casing point is that they want to ensure communicate is clear. However, my experience of their 'customer services' was poor. Would email and then would not get a response so would have to call Sales and CC them in for them to chase. If you are going to insist on Dunster House customers services only being available via email then you need to put in better processes - for example as soon as an email is sent by a customer they should get a confirmation email, reference number and confirmation when they can expect a response. 2. The product instruction are poor and some elements are just plain wrong. In addition screws are supplied in the correct quantities and had to use other screws which were fine but not what was specified 3. Quality is ok, but certainly not as good as promo videos - pre drilled holes were off measurement Would i use again? If I'm honest, not sure. The whole experience has but me off and would definitely be cautious if i was going to purchase one of their more experience products.

We are pleased with our purchase but we were told it would take only half a day to erect with two men. It took a lot longer than that. The quality is good aside one of the rungs had split wood in it already which was sharp and now has left a piece missing in that rung due to a knot in the wood. This is a shame as it spoils the look and we were told that the quality was the best.

I would just like to say how delighted I am with the cabin you supplied. The guys who delivered the kit were very pleasant and helpful and it was a pleasure to assemble. Please find a few photos on attachment of the project.

Really pleased with the finished artical, it's a great addition to the garden and really has the "wow" factor. I'm yet to get the furniture for it but that's next on the list. I've added a slideshow of it being made in stages which I hope you're able to view. Thanks
