Delivery was excellent, all your guys brought the timber through to the garden with the help of my husband. We chose to build it ourselves and decided to assemble the roof first, with the help of some corner brackets, because we couldn't work out how to keep a stable structure starting with the legs as in the instructions. All has gone well so far and just need to fix the shingles - how we are going to reach the apex of the roof will be a challenge just using a stepladder as per the instructions but we'll find a way!

Superb product which is sadly and badly let down by the non existent customer service team. My order was changed to one I had only enquired about previously and had to be corrected .I enquired about an extra glass window panel in place of a wooden one but was told no but I could have an extra glass panel for the p*** off price of 50% of the total cabin ie around £600. You can only communicate via email or letter as my joiner /installer found out when asking for advice on fixing shingles when up a ladder on his mobile.Be warned the process will test your resolve. My end result is super but I ain't going to give Dunster House photographs to show on the website.I look forward to seeing my review published.

The summer house was delivered on time and was easy to put up with the instructions supplied by Dunster House. It is very good value.

You might have sold a shed to a friend of mine, Paul Turner, on the strength of a recommendation by my housemate. Another local guy watched us erect the garage and thinks he wants one. Everyone who has passed the back of the house on the private lane has commented on how nice it looks. We have finished the main construction in one eight hour day and just need to put the shingle roof on, and then do the windows and doors - and of course stain the outside three times and use a pukka varnish on the inside. Can't wait for the cabin, which I need to sort with you in a few days time. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction and making the purchase worry free. It is rare to find a company that does exactly what it says... So, here's to a happy garage and what will be an amazing cabin. The furniture is ready, the floor coverings are planned... it is going to be great to see the Sun, rather than be in the office, which only gets a bit of sunshine in the afternoon.
