Very pleased with the log cabin. Delivery was excellent and the driver most helpful. After reading the instructions and watching the video on building the cabin, I found, as one previous reviewer had observed, there are a few anomalies, but nothing you couldn't overcome. How some people find the written instructions confusing, is beyond me. I found them very easy to follow, depending on which version of the cabin you've purchased. I had to do the build myself, but would recommend as is suggested that it is safer and easier with two competent people. The quality of my timber was very good, but appreciate as is stated in the literature that you must expect a few small defects and an occasional warping of log, most of which is not insurmountable. It took me 2 days to build independently, but could have easily done it quicker with assistance. I took the option of preserving and finish coating it myself, this takes a good while to complete so if you're less inclined to do this, pay up and have it pressure treated. Overall I am extremely pleased with the product, remember it is timber, don't expect perfection. For the size of the cabin you'd have to pay 3 to 4 times the cost of a traditional brick built structure I suspect, admittedly you won't add value to your property, but if looked after it should last for many years of pleasurable use ........

I was really pleased with my wooden gazebo, all the parts were there, it was easy to assemble and all the parts were accurately cut which made it a lot easier to put together. I would recommend the products from Dunster to anybody. One improvement I would suggest would be to offer an alternative to the fence panel style side, such as wooden spindles. II improvised and added my own as you will see from my photograph.

We are very pleased with our Cabin, it looks great and went together well. We do have three points to remember when buying a cabin ;- 1. The cabins are NOT pressure treated unless you ring up and request this, it is not an option on the website, so you do NOT have 10 year guarantee unless you have this done. We found this out after the cabin was delivered and part built :-( 2. The Instruction Manual is for many types of cabin so can be confusing. 3. We had a few parts missing, but we did not notice at delivery, so check each and every item when it's delivered, Or you will going to Wickes to buy the missing bits like us. The cabin looks great and seems to hold the heat well.

Very impressed with the Premium Plus Severn log cabin. Excellent joint designs, easy to construct, a very good robust end product. Our construction is still ongoing and features a traditional joist floor, mounted on six concrete plinths. The roof is being insulated externally and topped with metal roofing sheets.

The Gazebo arrived at the time and date agreed and very quickly after the initial order. I was impressed with the quality and weight of the timber. The build instructions were clear and useful. I have already recommended this product to friends and family.
