Easy process to order, great organisation for delivery when convenient and all delivered correctly with plenty of extra fixings too. Overall very happy with the service and importantly the product. The only slight issue is a lack of specific instructions for the individual cabin rather than just using generic ones but still workable.

I ordered a 5x3 servern log cabin, I had the 28mm thick tongue and groove and I can't find a fault with it at all. So easy to put up as long as there is two of you. Can easily be completed in two to three days if you have the weather on your side. Looks great and plenty of room. If I had to pick a fault it would be when the item was delivered I was left with all bits of timber used to store on the van, I was told it was my responsibility to discard it as I have bought it, and also the sheeting to cover it whilst being delivered was left with me. Not a massive issue but I now have to discard it myself which comes at a cost. Apart from that it transformed my garden. Great customer service. Very happy
