Overall a good quality product. Both our children aged 8 and 5 use the apparatus and have great fun. However, it took more time and effort to assemble than led to believe from the wesite. Measurements were given for holes to be made rather than already done.

This is the prettiest summerhouse on the market, elegant and well-proportioned, and admired by all my richer neighbours, I love it. Easy to put together, everything fitted together perfectly. I added an all round guttering and I virtually live in it. I will send you some pics when I get time to take some decent shots. This is the main feature in my garden now, Thanks a lot, a wonderful little house.

easy to put up, no real skill needed if you can use a battary screw driver you can do this. Floor should have been hole boards, not half.

Poor quality product a lot better on the market for cheaper prices too. Miss-drilled holes, split wood and when complaining to customer service was a joke. All the excuses under the sun and taking no responsibilty for faulty product with replacements or any form of gesture of good will percentage compensation. After several emails correspondence the impression I got from the replies their attitude was you've brought it and such an item should last years (I beg to differ)so we no longer need your custom get on with it - not interested bye bye. Rating of a star is mainly because of the lack of customer care and not taking responsibilty for fault product - very disappointing I would not recommend.

An excellent product and superb value for the price. Definately easier to erect with two people, structure took just a couple of hours. The roof took about four hours as I used shingles, this was worth the effort as the finish given by the shingles makes it look a first class product. Also purcahsed the stain provide by Dunster and this also madds to the expensive looking effect. One negative was the delivery time which was seven weeks, had I not called for a delivery date after 4 weeks I am not sure what would have happened.

Excellent product and very sturdy. One small criticism was that we found the instructions confusing. We felt that it would have benefited from some form of labeling on the individual component parts.

We are really pleased with our Vantage 300 Summerhouse. We have painted it with Cuprinol Garden Shades in Seagrass and Country Cream and with the black shingled roof it really does look pretty. It wasn't as easy to erect as we had hoped and there are gaps between panels which we will have to fill and hopefully will not make it less structurally sound. We are not totally novice at this kind of thing but in retrospect I think the construction service would have been well worth the money! Saying that, we are thrilled with the pretty little addition to our home and have just enjoyed a family barbeque and relaxed in the summer house afterwards. The price was really competitive and the Summer Houses of similar size seemed really shoddy in comparison, particularly having plywood floors and ceilings. I love our tongue and groove floor which we have stained for protection and the ceiling looks lovely too. The customer service team and delivery man was great too. Thank you!

Very good value for money! Instructions were a little difficult to follow but once up its very sturdy and made from a lot of timber! The price was good, delivery was on time and the delivery man was very helpful and polite. It was kurb side delivery but because i was on my own he was more than happy to carry it down the drive for me. Would definately purchase again from DH and recommend to friends. Many thanks!
