Summer House is fantastic See photos. What let's you down is the very rude and discourteous atitude of your delivery drivers Their atitude was appalling. I Was not present at delivery though my builders and Janitor of Kingsgate Castle were. They both complained to me bitterly how your delivery men behaved. If j had been present I would have refused delivery and asked for my money back You have la great product. I would not recommend anybody buying from you due the atitude of your delivery drivers You will loose many sales

The cabin that I ordered is perfect. My initial order was processed very professionally where I was given lots of information and guidance which helped me decide on the Rhine Plus Cabin for garden. The delivery was on time and all the components were offloaded onto the site and placed exactly where I needed them. I would recommend purchasing from Dunster House to anyone.Their online videos make putting the cabin together an easy and enjoyable experience. Everything fitted together just perfectly. The actual Gazebo is well made ,solid and as the saying goes "You pay for what you get". I would strongly recommend this product and endorse the previous review. Although, you do need someone who is handy to put it together(preferably four people. The end result is fantastic and well worth the wait, all family and friends will be impressed. It certainly stands out and acts as an enjoyable place to be in the warm weather.

we were thrilled to receive our Summerhouse, delivery was well done. but we were disappointed that most of the wood was bowed which made it very difficult to put together and now have some gaps in the roof and walls. Plus we can't get the door straight as the front of the cabin is twisted. But we have carpet down and it is well on the way to becoming my sewing cabin.

The quality of that supplied was just fine, with a couple of extra lengths, which were needed due to damaged parts. The price really rises when you add all the sensible upgrades like double glazing and shingle roof etc but Dunster should really get their office staff to talk to each other. Promised phone calls which never happened etc. If you can suffer poor communication then its worth having.

Happy with summerhouse - we got what we paid for - I paid for a two man delivery - so pleased i did, they were get - I could not have carried each piece from the road side. It took 2 of us to erect it 2 days .... would have been helpful if a template for the roof tiles had been included - finding 15 degree angle was an issue for those who can't do maths!! However.. really pleased with it - Just got to finish painting :)

Great product, what a fantastic addition to the garden. The instructions made it very easy to build. I purchased the red shingle tiles which were well worth the extra effort in fitting them If you're looking for a fairly big Gazebo at a good price then look no further
