I have to say this is the best investment I've made for my two very energetic boys. After looking around at lots of places (after going through 4 cheap swing sets in the last 7 years!) I decided on Dunster House due to the quality and style. I managed to build the climbing frame 99% by myself (and I'm female!). It took a day and another evening finishing off. My boys aged 5 and 8 absolutely love it! They've had hours of fun already and are out on it at every opportunity. We purchased additionally the ships wheel and periscope to aid imaginative play. Highly recommended to all!

I was very pleased with the summer house I bought from Dunster House. It was exactly as advertised when delivered and having been erected really is what I wanted

Very well constructed log cabin, which took three days total to erect. The games room as it is now is suitably warm with the insulation in the floor and roof. Highly recommended. If there was one thing that I would complain about it is the amount of left over feet, wood etc... I have three 5m wood sections which I am never going to use and around 15-20 feet which go on top of the rapid pads.

Very nice Log cabin, but since the installation the right hand door has dropped causing it to catch on the base runner, last week received a gutter kit with no instructions as to how it is fitted quite disappointing.

Great product very pleased

The log cabin was delivered when promised but the team were not equipped with satellite navigation so had to make phone calls so I could give them directions! My wife and myself erected the cabin in one day to the point of getting the plastic covering on the roof. To complete the project, including painting the outside, varnishing the floor, adding gutters and an additional window took another 8 days. The various components of the log cabin fitted together well and was easy to erect. Doors and windows fitted well and there was only minor adjustments need to the doors to get them to close correctly. Very pleased with the quality of the fittings to the doors and windows. Some of the instructions needed to be read a second time before they made sense (could be my lack of technical knowledge) otherwise there were no major problems. Overall we are very pleased with the product and, based on quality and price, we would recommend Dunster House cabins to our friends.

Now our Premium Severn is up and painted we are very happy with the quality of the product. As we live in Scotland the build service is not available to us and I think that is a crucial option selection to take. These are not for the amateur DIY guy to erect. Mine was 5x4 metres plus the veranda plus a sidestore and it took two joiners a good couple of days to erect it. Experience personnel from Dunster I would recommend if that option is available. We had some broken pieces once unpacked and Dunster House replaced them but it took a while and delayed the build. I would have rather they discounted the broken pieces so we could get local replacements made, however, luckily my joiners could reschedule and we got it finished once the replacement parts arrived. It now looks excellent and gets compliments from neighbours and family.

We spent a long time searching the Internet and visiting garden centres before deciding to buy from Dunster house From the first phone call to the delivery the service was first class we visited the showroom in Flixborough and looked at the cabins and all the questions we had were answered and we were very impressed with knowledge of the sales staff The two chaps who delivered it were friendly and professional and nothing was to much trouble I am a retired fireman my son is a fisherman we have only basic DIY kills but we followed the instructions and watched the YouTube video and in 2 days we had built our cabin We were impressed by the quality of the materials and how easily everything fitted together perfectly We still have a few finishing touches to do but overall we are delighted with our cabin We are so pleased we choose Dunster house and would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a cabin we are 100% impressed

The log cabin is a quality product, much more substantial than a standard garden shed. To erect it your self you need some confidence and woodwork experience. My main complaint is with the instructions. They are not presented in a way that is easy to navigate by a novice. I will be much better and quicker erecting my second cabin having learnt from making mistakes with the first one! I may be making excuses but better presented instructions that were specific to the version of the model I had bought and contained more pictures and step by step instructions, highlighting likely errors and crucial aspects to get right would have made the process much easier. If sections of the instructions were tagged to a version of the cabin that they applied to in a documents system, a bespoke set could be produced for each purchase in one package.
