Generally pleased with the product and looks nice in the garden. Main criticism is that some of component parts (the thinner and small wood parts) can split quite easily, as the wood whilst coated is soft.

Hello I am very pleased with my summer house, In fact I am over the moon with it cant wait to sit in it with my glass of wine. I was very pleased with the staff who put it together lovely guys, Will recommend Dunster House to people, merry Christmas to you all.

What can I say? It takes something special to impress my wife because she is so fussy. It has to be stylish, good quality, look good and easy to put together so she does'nt have to put up with the groans from me. She is absoluteley delighted with the Summerhouse. Even the neighbours came round and said how fantastic it was. Really plush. Delivery was spot on and the driver helped me put the parts onto the drive. Ive just run mains to it and when the lights are on at night it looks great. Thank you very much.

Excellent product, good service, easy to assemble.

We erected our summerhouse last winter, starting on Christmas eve by treating every part with three coats of clear preservative, as we knew there would be parts that we would not be able to get to once erected. Once the new concrete base was down and ready to work on we had the summerhouse erected with cedar shingles on the roof. I painted the outside with two coats of Cuprinol Garden Shades in Wild Thyme, a Heritage colour, and Country Cream on the inside. We had electrics fitted so that we can run a small oil-filled radiator in winter and have lights, so that it can be used at any time. Although we don't get to sit in it too much, we adore it when we have morning coffeee or a glass of wine in the evening, looking out over the garden and listening to the birds. I just love the way it looks and sets the garden off.

We are very pleased with the quality and "value for money" of the Vantage 300 summer house. We elected to self-build and found the instructions easy to follow, however one should stress it needs two people to erect including finishing the top of the shingle roof. Unlike "IKEA products" none of the components are pre-drilled so correct levelling etc. is essential.We are really pleased with the finished summer house and would recommend Dunster House to others.

Hi Dunster House, I would just like to write and tell you that my Summerhouse is now up and treated. I am thrilled to bits with it. It went together quite easily and looks a nice addition to the garden. Today I went and got some flooring for it to go on the tongue and groove. I now need some furniture in and it is set. I am also suitably impressed with all the dealings I have had with you from the taking of my order, my deposit, my balance, to being updated about delivery and last but not least your delivery man who was lovely. It makes such a difference. I am also impressed to find that you do your deliveries in house and do not farm them out to contractors. That makes such a difference to customers too, especially those with limited time to hang around waiting - like me! Thank you very much for making it such a good experience. Well packaged and delivered by a friendly driver. all parts fitted well and instructions clear so erection went well. Overall excellent value for money.

My Dunster House Vantage 300 Summerhouse was delivered on time and all the parts were there. The delivery crew were helpful and courteous. I elected to go for self-assembly and found that the instructions are concise but clear provided you read them carefully. I found that it was possible to assemble the summer house on my own with the occasional assistance from my wife to hold things in place. If you opt to put shingles on the roof they take up a lot of time to cut and fit - but are well worth it as the final effect is excellent. Ensure you weather proof with good quality preservative and varnish and you will have a summerhouse that will look good and will really last.

We are extremely pleased with our Vantage 300 and use it most days. Very impressed with the high quality of the timber finish and how it all fitted together snugly. We did however add a few "tweaks" such as a timber strip around the edge of the roof to hide the sheeting and give added strength and a threaded rod to fix the roof cap. We would recommend this product to friends.
