Dunster House Ltd have been a delight to purchase from. Friendly and advisable, especially Martyn who helped with my order. The two delivery lads were brilliant and sociable. The shed quality looks great, but at this moment in time it is not erected. The whole experience has been perfect.

Good quality cabin. Pleased with the results. Took longer than I thought to erect on my own. Would have been better if the instructions were dedicated to the specific cabin rather than containing some generic information for all cabins/ extensions/ insulated models etc. On balance though, pleased with it.

The research and buying of my garden office has taken some time, Dunster House contacted me after I had placed my order to inform me the cost of the office had come down and they kindly matched the reduced price and refunded me the difference. The delivery men were polite and professional, tracking the delivery vehicle made the delivery process stress free, I accidently broke the glass in the double glazing unit and Dunster amazingly replaced it free of charge, absolutely first class customer service, Thank you Dunster House.
