Product: Utopia 430 Glazed Wall Gazebo

A very painless experience , The gazebo arrived bang on time . The drivers assisted with unloading , however you don't get anytime to check the product thoroughly , even though you sign to say you have!(hundreds of pieces) The instructions seem a little vague considering they state you do not require any skill to erect! As an engineer I was used to ambiguity in manuals so worked out easier ways to assemble The roof part was particularly lacking in details , however griping aside the gazebo looks magnificent. Yes there are some splits in the wood, yes some bits are warped and yes there are knots all over the place , but it is wood and I expected that. Would I recommend the company to others ? Yes definitely . I can only speak for the gazebo side of things (utopia 4x3 ) to be precise . It doesn't look like £1k worth of wood laying on your drive . But looks a million dollars when your 3D giant jigsaw puzzle is complete!
