Great playhouse, and great value for money. Instructions were pretty good and good to follow. One suggestion to improve the product is to utilise longer posts that can be concreted into the ground to improve the stability - the stability isn't great. Another foot on the 4 posts would be a huge difference. My daughter loves it!

Fantastic high quality product. Instructions very clear and easy to follow. All parts are high quality and a very good design. Kids love the balcony, plus the downstairs den and of course slide (fine for our 16 month old yet very fast for 4yr old when she lifts legs up!!), swings and monkey bars! Fast delivery, great service and really helpful when making decision on which one and arranging delivery.

Very happy with the price, quality and finished build of this play frame. We didn't find it easy to build and would have preferred it to have been pre drilled, however that would have no doubt increased the price. A good electric screwdriver is a must, preferably one with 2 batteries because it'll be in constant use. The frame is very sturdy and our grandchildren are sure to get enjoyment out of it for years to come. Very efficient service and delivery.

Well we got delivery of our Vantage 300 and there was a lot of pieces. It took us a week on and off to put it together my husband and I . It was like doing a jigsaw and all the pieces fit perfectly well. We ordered the shingle roof which took 1 1/2 days with help to put on, but well worth it. We didn't put Georgian windows in as liked the clear view better. We opted for the cream paint from Dunster House and it only took 2 coats and was good quality paint. We have painted inside and sealed it and we are thinking of putting insulation in for the winter. Although very cosy with the little heater we have now. The only trouble we have now is prising ourselves out of it, we love it, so do all our friends and family. Thank you for a great product.

Very disappointed from Dunster House Management. Was promised delivery of Monkey Bars by Easter for Climbing Birthday Party of my twins, paid full amount on the phone, was promised call with delivery date on Monday, by Wed still no call. When I phoned I was told all delivery slots are gone earliest now Tue after Easter due to communications error between Sales and Dispatch. Will have two very disappointed 6 year olds and unless I can quickly hire a climbing frame will have to cancel party. Was not even offered a refund of the delivery charge for the inconvenience and poor service. My advice stay clear and take your business elsewhere.

This is a quality piece of kit. Easy to follow and to put together even in the dark. I put it up Xmas eve for my children to find Xmas morning. They loved it and not been off since. Because of my uneven ground I brought 2 more anchers so it is soundly secure. Thanks for a good product.
