The driver moaned all the time felt sorry for him got 2 builders to assemble it by 4 pm realised one roof panel missing had to drive to wickets to get another one along with creosote builders left rang dunster house for refund of 20 pounds as per wickes bill still waiting 6 weeks now ended up with someone's log cabil parts as well customer services shit still as a professional landlord would not recommend these people as I say always plenty of fish in the sea

A nicely designed summerhouse and simple to self build if you have a reasonable amount of DIY savvy. Just large enough for two/three people to sit in comfortably with a table for drinks. Allow two full days for build as the roof tiles almost all need cutting to shape! My advice would also be to seal the bottoms of the windows outside as rain will find its way through under the glass otherwise. My only critique would be that there should be a small angled finisher for the doors and window bottoms to allow the rain to drip off away from the frame and thus potentially remove the possibility of water ingress over the inner frame. I will probably update with these next summer. All in all a good reasonably priced product and delivery. Good company to do business with, friendly, professional and not at all pushy. Highly recommended.

hi The quality is very good, particularly at the price. The instruction manual is not great, too much reliance on pictures. Not enough stages shown. The grammar in the instructions isnt perfect and would confuse those with a lack of experience (it lets down the overall high quality) i would recommend time being taken to revamp it. This summer house went together beautifully! The only problems encountered were my own incompetence, even so it was all very forgiving & we are delighted with the result! Great service and really good product,one thing that could be improved is to put extra roof supports from the apex to the centre of the panels I don't think this would be a problem if you use the felt type roofing material but with the weight of the shingle type material the roof panels sag between supports.Also with the hot weather we are experiencing at present when it rains the bituminous roof gives a brown staining liquid .Other then that it is a good product and the wife loves it.!

Good product for the money, children love the SquirrelFort, play on it for hours. Purchase to delivery was painless. All components were wrapped very well for transit and nothing seemed out of place or missing. Friendly and helpful drivers which makes a change. Instructions are basic yet easy to follow. If you embark on installing this yourself, I would do it over a weekend with someone to help you as quite often you need a 3rd hand or that extra help to lift. I would say you need to be a very confident diy'er too. It really doesnt look that complicated in the picture to assemble, but everything is in bits apart from the raised platform, plus you need a good level site especially for the raised fort section, and once you start it eats the time up like you dont realise. Couple of gripes. RRP, hardwood equivalent maybe. Pressure treated, not so sure, unless ours was done late on a friday afternoon. But for 335.99 plus delivery, not a bad purchase, and its given the end of the garden we never used before a new lease of life for the children.

good all round, time spent on base is essential. Only criticism - please in future put screws in separate bags.
