The summerhouse was built very abley by my husband at the same time as building a new greenhouse for me. Sadly, the quality of the Summerhouse was quite inferior to that of the greenhouse so he was quite critical of its' quality. Items that did not fit well together and had to be 'doctored to be screwed together. I can sit inside and see the outside - not through the windows but through the large gaps in the joints. The roof ends have already started to 'bow' and will need strengthening in time. There are huge splits in the wood pieces that sit on the corners beside each door. I have left the window bars off as I prefer to look through the glass as it is - apart from which I didn't have the energy to rub down all the roughly machined bits of wood. Whilst I got this for a reduced price, from the quality of build & materials, it is def not worth the full RRP.

I have not assembled the summer house yet but the delivery was on time and the product components look good quality. I am looking forward to seeing it assembled.

The pre sales were excellent, aftersale advice was non existant. Delivery was good, the joiner followed the instructions but found the panels 1" short, when he tried to ring Dusnter he was told to put his query in an email and would receive a response in 48 hours!! no good when you have aproblem, he was told this is the only way you can contact the customer service team. The joiner finally managed after having to make some adjustments resulting in an additional 2 days work at the cost to us before finally getting the panels to fit.

recieved the summer house on the time and date requested,very pleased with the packaging and construction of the house everything clearly labled driver very helpful,unfortunatly the summerhouse is still in our garage waiting assembly due to very cold icey snowy conditions here in Yorkshire i am looking forward to building it soon. will send a photograph when finished

thrilled to bits with my Vantage 300 cant wait for the summer to use it .I am the envy of friends neighbours and relatives as they agree its Quality .i shall get years of pleasure from it .

Really pleased with the quality of the timber. No knots or rough planned wood. Plenty of screws etc. and tolerances were spot on except one of the doors. The summer house was delivered out of the back of a van and therefore nothing but ground to store all the parts on. We expected it to come on a pallet, and wrapped. Fairly straight forward to errect. Advise 3 friends. Parts all labelled. Helpful. We ordered the shingles. Nightmare to fix. Adhesive just doesnt work in February. Cutting takes ages. Do not underestimate just how long that takes. At least a day (8hours) to get the roof done. It looks good though, and worth putting on a liner first. The company provide no base plans. This was an oversight. If you are not used to setting out a hexagon dig out the two floor panels first and build the base using them as a template. We didnt think of that and have had to put a skirt of decking around to cover up the disaster. Cost us the saving we had made by buying throght Dunster.
