Fast delivery very good strong wood.

We were very unhappy when the summerhouse was delivered but after complaints we finally have one with which we are pleased. 1 We found that ordering over the internet/phone did not make it clear that a concrete/slab base would be required. We eventually found that the supports recommended by Dunster could not be used for this model - a serious problem as it cost us £500 for a base PLUS the cost of re-delivering. We learned that "treatment" did not mean that the house would be delivered painted but that we would get 3 tins of paint that we could have bought far cheaper elsewhere to apply ourselves. Dunster send vast quantities of paper in VERY tiny print which I still have not read. This should be simplified as it is excessive. The erectors, although very willing, were allowed insufficient time to do their job and they left with none of the doors or windows closing and locking properly.The erectors have since returned and now the doors function perfectly.Some timber substandard

Great price for the product and my daughters 7 and 9 both love it. It also blends in well with our Dunster house slide and fort. My only compaint is that the instructions provided appeared to be from an older design and / or were not very clear. We were able to work it out but it took a little while. Very sturdy and for the price I would well recommend.

This is an excellent product and following treatment fits in with our other Dunster log cabin - I would thoroughly recommend this product (and the log cabins) as they are spot on (picture attached) Regards Richard Grundy

From start to finish Simon and his partner worked like troopers, they never moaned about the weather which was diabolical, they said they would be here on Monday morning and would have it completed by mid day Thursday.true to their word they had it completed by Thursday.They knew that we were having other work done aswell in the house and they just got on with it and they were the only one's that didn't let us down. We would recommend them to everybody and well done.The Cabin itself is exactly what we wanted and we are totally happy with it and would reccomend purchasing it to anybody that asks. A Big Thankyou to everybody and it was Money well spent.

I will tell you what we think when we construct it! This is to be a christmas present for our grandchildren so we can't construct it too soon. However we can't fault your excellent service and the lorry driver was really pleasant. As soon as it is put together I will make sure we send you a picture complete with 2 excited children using it.

We erected our summerhouse last winter, starting on Christmas eve by treating every part with three coats of clear preservative, as we knew there would be parts that we would not be able to get to once erected. Once the new concrete base was down and ready to work on we had the summerhouse erected with cedar shingles on the roof. I painted the outside with two coats of Cuprinol Garden Shades in Wild Thyme, a Heritage colour, and Country Cream on the inside. We had electrics fitted so that we can run a small oil-filled radiator in winter and have lights, so that it can be used at any time. Although we don't get to sit in it too much, we adore it when we have morning coffeee or a glass of wine in the evening, looking out over the garden and listening to the birds. I just love the way it looks and sets the garden off.

It is amazing, we are really pleased with it. It is exactly what we wanted and were hoping to get. It took my partner quite a while to build but it was worthwhile to get a great finished result. Good value for money, great customer service and speedy delivery. My 2 year old loves it and can use the steps to the slide easily, I'm sure it will provide many years of pleasure. Will definitely recommend to friends and will certainly use Dunster House again if the need arises.

Hi The summer house looks value for money and the service we received was good, the driver was helpful too. we have not yet erected the unit yet to the bad weather we are having here. I'm sure it will meet our expectations and we know we have the back up of the company if we get stuck? Regards Peter Cook
