We like the summer house very much though feel the customer service lets this company down. Having ordered it and had the phone call for delivery within 3 weeks we were delighted. As we would be on holiday that day we asked for a new date as someone has to be at the house to receive and carry in the goods as they're only delivered to the kerbside. We were surprised to hear that we would have to wait another MONTH before it could be delivered. As customer services don't deal with problems on the phone we wrote a letter expressing concerns about the long delay for delivery. NO REPLY. When the summer house eventually arrived it was damaged and parts had to be returned with the driver. The replacement parts were sent very quickly. (Why couldn't the response to our initial delay have been this prompt?) It took 2 days to put up. It was fairly straightforward but required some common sense and judgement where the instructions were not sufficiently clear.

Very pleased with our summerhouse. Delivered within stated time. Erected in one day, including roofing felt (two man job). Painted outside in moss green with cream window bars. Looks fantastic.

On the whole, we are very happy with it, and our daughter enjoys it very much. I do, however, have two points: 1) It would be good if there were two extra anchors to fit on the other two corners of the fort to secure it (as this can move when the swings are being used. 2) The swing seats aren't wide enough for adults, so they miss out on the fun :(

The grandchildren think it is utterly brilliant. It's strong, safe and very durable. Delivery went like a dream and build was fun for us all... over 2 days. Office staff were delightful to talk to when arranging dates, final payment etc. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

I am very satisfied with my climbing frame and my grand children play very happily on it and enjoy it very much.

Very happy with our purchase. The installation team were excellent. It took 3 coats of cuprinol wood preserver but it was well worth it, the summerhouses are excellent value for money and we found the service very reliable, the only critisim I have is that when you order the website could be a bit more user friendly when ordering extras such as the shingles for the roof etc.I would recommend that any customer ordering the vantage300 spends that little bit extra and orders the shingles because they really make the summerhouse stand out. Children really enjoy playing on fort climbing frame! But the assembly was a laborious!! Some of the bits could have come pre-assembled and the frame would still have been able to have been transported efficiently (flat packed) I got the feeling that I should have just bought some plans and gone to the local timber merchant at half the cost!!!

Everything arrived early May but due to the great british weather have only just finished as did not want to rush/ruin building our Vantage 250. I would like to say what a fantastic product, Materials very good quality, all arrived nothing broken,We opted for the shingles and the cream paint and after many hours work is now fully weatherproof, even after monsoon rain i expected some leaks! but no water tight. It took two of us to build it and i would say two much for one person on there own, unless very fit, and good at DIY. Instructions were very clear and easy to read. You do need plenty of space as it is bigger than i thought, and putting on the shingles on the roof you will need long ladders and arms to reach the middle! Just finished installing the electrics yesterday and now with sockets and lights working, we can enjoy this marvellous summer house even though summer is nearly over! Finally i would buy from Dunter House again and next years project is a Greenhouse which we will look at what Dunster House has to offer.
