Very pleased with the product was easy to put together but wished I brought a side piece especially with the summer we've had, I had to make a slight ajustment to height as I thought it was blocking next doors sunlight took 6 inches off and reajusted side pieces took all of 30 mins to complete, only disappointment was the instruction for the decking they were soaked through and I messed up on the decking by putting them to close together Personally I think instructions should be given out by the delivery driver other wise looks brill and has been used often that's when we get something called the sun which appears every now and again lol

Appalling/non-existent level of after sales customer service. My numerous comments lodged regarding damaged item were completely ignored or brushed aside. This poor treatment alone is enough to ensure I will not be buying again from Dunster House and I will certainly not recommend the Company to others. It is rather a cheek to ask for my feedback when I have received nothing in the reverse direction. However, I feel it is important for you to understand your approach from a customer's perspective. One star chosen only as I was forced to select something to submit this (zero rating is the true response).

We haven't assembled it yet. Only just applied wood preservative. Very busy at this time of year with harvest, will probably erect it in the Autumn.

Good quality & sturdy structure. One piece of floor board was missing so had to wait for this before erecting. Easy to erect for 2 people if you have a little DIY knowledge. I think that if you elect to have the mineral felt roof then wood edging trims to add that finishing touch should be included - I bought these myself but cutting the mitred joints was a little tricky. I also bought a metal threaded spindle and nut to fix the metal roof cap which looks better and is easier to do rather than having to drill the cap and then screw down.

We r not very happy with the park the structure of the frame is not secure we are still waiting for one of our friends to help us add extra beams to make it secure as when our 6 yr old plays on it we have to watch and it not safe for 2 kids at one time it was a real shame because I really thought it looked very good value

Well packaged and delivered by a friendly driver. all parts fitted well and instructions clear so erection went well. Overall excellent value for money.
