We are pleased with the final result but were concerned that the instructions were unclear in at least two places, especially as Dunster House won't clarify them over the phone. This means you can be stuck waiting for an email reply - tricky if you have help waiting around.

The children are thrilled with the frame. It looks just like the pictures and is everything we hoped for. (Is it possible to shorten the ropes on the monkey bars as they seem to hang very low?) The instructions for assembly were reasonable although we could make another one more quickly now with hindsight! We realised very quickly that a flat and level floor surface is essential and it is worth creating that before beginning assembly. It is very good value and we are all very pleased with the product. Extremely pleased with our squirrel Fort .Our grandson has had hours of fun and wants to get straight on it when he comes to visit.

Tha actual product and the installation were good but we were misled by the saleman who at the time of purchase gave us an installation date but we were later told he can't arrange installation, so we were given another date, he also assured us that the summerhouse would come to us fully treated with the cream wood preserver, when it arrived it had not been treated and we had to pay a painter to come and do this for us. Also one of the hinges on the door was put on crooked and we were told we would have to write to customer services to get this sorted. We are happy with the summerhouse now that it is finally finished but felt that the before and after sales service left somewhat to be desired. I am sorry but if we had known all the problems and "extras" that we would have to do we would not have purchased from your company and feel we could not in any way recommend you to anyone else.

Fantastic piece of equipment. Very good quality. Very good serive. This squirrel fort has provided our family with lots of smiles and laughs and im sure there will be many more through out the years.

Very speedy delivery and very happy with the quality. fairly easy to assemble.

First class Summerhouse & delivery as promised. The build instructions were easy to follow & good quality materials I am 70 years old a retired Transport manager so finding fault with deliveries & damaged is second nature but praise when praise is deserved. I built the summerhouse in two weeks on my own which I found heavy should have asked for help but like to do things myself. Now it is standing proud in my garden & my wife & I are delighted.

We have recently erected our Summer house and love it, it went together fairly well will some adjustments, it took us a day, to erect it but finesing has taken a further week, we would recommend using the paint suggested. Couple of niggling points.... 1. the finishing stell cap and ball do not fit, the angles of degree are significantly different and it looks silly just purched on top. 2. The locking handle also doesn't fit and is loose, also there is a grub screw missing so the handle keeps coming off. Overall, we are pleased and it looks great in our garden. We would be really pleased if the two points above could be rectified. Kind regards. Shaun & Jackie Long
