My five year old grand-daughter is delighted with her monkey bars and enjoys using them They seem a sturdy product although I gather from her parents that they were quite complicated to assemble. One part of the order that was disappointing was that I was not told they were not actually in stock when I ordered them although I had spoken to someone at Dunster House and told them I was ordering them for a birthday present. The invoice told me delivery was in 7-10 days but when I telephoned after 10 days had elapsed I was told that they were about to come in and given a delivery date of 5 days later. Your service in that respect could have been better and more transparent

Nice product, but not easy to put together. The wood was not numbered and holes had to be drilled

Excellent product but I was glad that I got a friendly handyman to erect it. I suspect it would be too difficult for anyone not confident and it definitely requires 2 people, Been used for about six months now and it easily holds 2 chairs and a table and you could squeeze a 3rd chair in. It is perfect for a small corner of the garden and peace and quiet. Only negative comment, when it rains heavily and horizontal it can cause a damp match on the angles of the floor.

We are extreamly pleased with our Summer House. The design and quality of the product are superb. We decided to errect it our selves and although not easy we managed it ok. We did however have to enlist the help of a friend to finish the very top of the roof, someone who was a lot lighter than my husband as that did prove to be quiet a challenge. After all the rain the building has not leaked and now painted cream outside, sweetpea pink inside and lavender window/door frames it look fantastic and all our visitors admire it. It is a great addition to our garden and I am sure will e used with pleasure for many years to come.

My two boys are 5yrs and 20 months and this is great for both ages. Its not too high but still tall enough for my 5yr old to get a good 'slide'!! Onlcox own side is that I had to buy a separate baby swing from another shop as this is not supplied by dunster house. Overall though, a good buy.
