Having taken my time over building my AVON summerhouse I am very pleased with the finish product. As stated by Dunster I found the instructions complete and easy to follow. It was really helpful that the quality of the Spruce was outstanding and all the measurements were so precise. They were also generous with the hails and screws etc. Thankyou for meeting all my expectations.

What can I say? It takes something special to impress my wife because she is so fussy. It has to be stylish, good quality, look good and easy to put together so she does'nt have to put up with the groans from me. She is absoluteley delighted with the Summerhouse. Even the neighbours came round and said how fantastic it was. Really plush. Delivery was spot on and the driver helped me put the parts onto the drive. Ive just run mains to it and when the lights are on at night it looks great. Thank you very much.

Thought the Summerhouse was of very good quality for the price and was quite easy to install.

Fantastic price, quality & service -We are really pleased with our new Log Cabin, its a good quality product which was fairly easy to assemble ( so my husband tells me! ) Had a small hitch whereby the wood for the cross on the windows & doors was not supplied BUT after a short e-mail the missing struts were sent within 2 working days! Hows that for service! Would def recommend to friends & family.

the first delivery man arrived with the summerhouse kit realised it was all a bit too difficult to offload it so refused to do so and drove off with the entire kit. he was rude and completely unhelpful. the second delivery man was better but mean out build schedule was delayed several days. this instructions were poor. the screw lengths were wrong and i had to replace with my own supply - dunster did not replace when asked. the reverse panel inside the glass window and door cannot be painted as it is sealed by the glass the predrilled holes for the window and door latches are not aligned communication with your sales team is impossible - the email system you operate is frustrating, slow and creates unnecessary delay dunster service and build quality is a long way behind the competition - in fact pretty hopeless i cannot recommend you to anyone i like the single star rating reflects the fact that we do have a summerhouse that is little more than a shed

Delighted with the Vantage 250 - and your speed of response to a damaged component. It was all very easy to put up once I had done the proofing and painting. I made some modifications which may be of interest. (1) I used a long bolt through the centre of the roof to secure the finial - this clamps things down without making holes in the shingles. (2) I insulated floor, roof and sides with 40mm polyurethane and then added internal cladding - this keeps it wonderfully warm. (3) I used flash-band around the base and the concrete plinth to prevent any water penetration. (4) Though the Georgian bars are excellent, the view is so good without them (delighted the windows are real toughened glass!)I'm afraid we're going to use them for something else. Meanwhile I have recommended your list to a friend -outstanding value for money (which means it's still cheap if you want to put in the extras I've mentioned).

On Friday May 21st my wife and I took delivery of your 3m by2m AVON summerhouse.It is now erected, stained and ready for use. I write to thank you for a splendidly designed product and to compliment you on the quality of the spruce. Your instructions regarding erection were clear and simple to follow. I should add that Ian, your deliver driver, was so experienced and his careful unloading and placing procedure was an invaluable help in the construction process.
