I'm very pleased with my Atlas open Gazebo from the day I ordered it till the day i finished installing it no problems at all the staff were very helpful..I was kept informed of its delivery all the way through till the end.The installation was straight forward by the manual well done Dunster house.l would highly recommend them to my friends.

Very pleased with our summerhouse. Fairly easy to erect. We managed to do it in two full days including fitting the shingles on the roof and then a few extra hours to paint. We have lined the interior, put in click type flooring and connected it to the power supply. And now enjoying sitting with a glass of wine with the garden surrounding our new summer house.

Summer House is fantastic See photos. What let's you down is the very rude and discourteous atitude of your delivery drivers Their atitude was appalling. I Was not present at delivery though my builders and Janitor of Kingsgate Castle were. They both complained to me bitterly how your delivery men behaved. If j had been present I would have refused delivery and asked for my money back You have la great product. I would not recommend anybody buying from you due the atitude of your delivery drivers You will loose many sales

The cabin that I ordered is perfect. My initial order was processed very professionally where I was given lots of information and guidance which helped me decide on the Rhine Plus Cabin for garden. The delivery was on time and all the components were offloaded onto the site and placed exactly where I needed them. I would recommend purchasing from Dunster House to anyone.Their online videos make putting the cabin together an easy and enjoyable experience. Everything fitted together just perfectly. Excellent product very well maid, went together well, looks great in my garden

A fantastic product & one that so far the kids and all of their friends have not tired of using. I personally added felt to the roof as an extra layer of weather proofing and it would be nice to see this included. I think it looks more complete with this. Time consuming to erect but well made and worth the effort.
