A great kit, well designed and finished, went together like it should
Very helpful sales team, excellent hassle free delivery guys. We'll made kit, fits together very well. Not an easy task to build, but plenty of videos to help. A giant wooden lego set. Built it on my own in about 3 weeks. Really pleased with the result.

EvilAmy summerhouse with side store construction
EvilAmy constructed over the past couple of weeks. Delivery was straightforward and well organised. Our DIY team soon got it shifted and there is a lot to shift. Our prepared site worked well and the timber and manufacture was of great quality! Just completing the last few finishing touches and the finish in light brown oak makes it even more appealing. Construction is fairly straightforward if you read the step by step instructions. Thanks for a great product.

Top quality Pergola
My apologies, I reviewed the wrong item. I received my 2m x 2m pergola on time, and was delivered by your team into my back garden. I love it. it is top quality at a very reasonable price. It looks great, and is the envy of my friends and family. The Dunster House logo is proudly on view at the front for all to see.

Overall impressed with the cabin I bought
From me phoning an placing my order for the cabin it was straight forward an customer service was great when speaking to people on the phone, I didn't appreciate the emails an texts that I got all to frequently asking for the remaining balance to be paid even though it wasn't due, an wasn't impressed when my delivery date got knocked back nearly an entire week because 1 driver was off sick

Excellent product and Service
This company went out of its way to accommodate me. I ordered a Titania Office building and at the point of delivery I was in hospital and they happily held the delivery for me until I was back at home. The guys that delivered were super efficient and helpful and we had no missing parts. We had one hinge cover that was damaged and upon emailing, a replacement was sent out that same day! My office was put together in 4 days by two men and the instructions were fairly easy to follow for people who are keen DIYers but suspect it would be difficult for someone not this way inclined. We are just putting the finishing touches to it, I am very pleased with it and cant wait to get working in it. Worth the money we spent on it and way better than working at the kitchen table where Ive been for 3 years!
