Ordering the Erin gazebo was an easy process, delivery day was also very smooth, the delivery guys were very helpful and quickly put the gazebo into our garage without issue. My husband put it together over a weekend with my help. The instructions were ok , the difficulty we had was that we had to build it around our hot tub that was already in situ ,so would definitely recommend building it first as our way made it very tricky at times!!

The delivery was vey smooth - easy to track the van using tracking info. The guy who put up the pergola was very impressed with the quality of the materials supplied. We - my family of 4 - are very very happy with our new pergola. Happy days!

I love this new pergola! It’s of very good quality and makes a very attractive feature in my new build garden. I would highly recommend Dunster House for the whole experience. The choice and price of their products is excellent and the care and attention to ordering, tracking and delivery are exemplary. Delivery was exactly what I expected and delivery team were very efficient. I didn’t personally build the pergola but the person who did found it easy. I love the darker stain on the wood. We are very happy indeed with the quality of our Artemis Gazebo and now up, it has been much admired by friends. We did not try to put it up ourselves as in our seventies, but it was raised by local builders who much admired the quality of the construction. Thank you Dunster House, we will get a great deal of use from our outdoor entertainment centre, now paved and looking very smart.
