Great Gazebo
I have reviewed the delivery of my Erin gazebo but not the build. All items of good quality - instructions very clear. Helps to have a tall friend to fit the roof and felt. Love the fact it has a pyramidal skylight. Took around a day to build. Very cat friendly too - our cat has claimed it and a chair for her day house. I just cant wait to buy a log cabin from Dunster House. All I wish I had bought were some louvred panels but not sure if I can get those separately now and they were long lead time items. Overall 10/10 for price, quality and ease of construction.

A little more interaction from deliverymen
The delivery was fine, but I was so looking forward to this day that I was disappointed that there wasn't more dialogue/reassurance from the deliverymen while they were unloading the goods.

Evil Amy sports When ordering the cabin was very easy and staff very helpful and friendly. Materials for cabin very good. Had a problem putting the cabin up but email customer service who replied straight away with a answer. The delivery was very good. The only suggestion I would make is possibly either number or letter the different timbers when putting the cabin together

Great communication and help with the order, and we are absoluely delighted with our summer house. Delivery lead times were not very flexible, otherwise would be a 5.

Excellent product
Excellent product, building instructions could be better, having said that Im no DIY expect and I managed to build my corner bar on my own in just over a day. Would recommend the company and the product to a friend.
