Delivery was slightly longer than expected, and was a little annoyed that the 2 delivery men could not take the wooden parts 2 meters further into my back garden (insisted that they could only leave on the front lawn due to policy?). I bought this in April, lured by the “Prices going up very soon!” caption. I paid over £300 more for it than the current price, which is rather upsetting. Apart from this, I’m very happy with it. It has made a brilliant space for sitting in outside. I chose to add a privacy trellis and a simple balustrade - much nicer than the shed-like walls on offer! The joiner who put it all together for me said that the video helped a lot!

We purchased the chunky centaur corner gazebo, very happy with the quality of the timber and colour, the instructions for erecting it was very good, however, the instructions for installing the shingles for the pyramid roof is non existent for the rectangular shingles, this was very difficult to do especially the capping off at the very top, we had to try all different ways to get it to look right, this took us approximately 16 hours just to install the shingles. The shingle instructions should be more explanatory for each style of roof.

After many hours of trying to find the right cabin we eventually purchase ours from Dunster house , I was amazed how easy and simple to order the right one was, good customer service, I was also amazed to find the delivery was on the correct date and within the time set which is unusual with most modern deliveries, All items for the cabin were present and correct with no issues , we had ordered a larger building which they suggested would take 2 men 2days to build, I completed it on my own in 3 days although long days! but it can be put together on your own, with a little DIY knowledge it can be done and the build process is relatively straightforward, the biggest point is making the first layer and base exactly square ( very important) I have had no issues what so ever and would throughly recommend this company to anybody wanting a log cabin ( very very impressed) Many thanks Sam
