Great service from start to finish. Great quality product, much better than anticipated. Delivery guys were quick and courteous and customer service was excellent. Nothing to complain about and I`m sure I`ll be using Dunster house in the future.

We bought a pergola from Dunster House, the product is good quality and the instructions were reasonably easy to work with. You definitely need to two people to assemble! The only downside was the delivery process where the team adopted a more than my more job’s worth approach which was disappointing and very much at odds with some other deliveries we have had.

Delivery good. Would have been useful to keep product wrapped up as not putting together for a while
