Can't fault the experience or the quality
It was easy and straightforward to place the order. Any questions I had were answered knowledgeably by the salesperson. The delivery was quick and delivered at the time specified. The quality of the kit was spot on and the instructions were easy to follow. We are really pleased with the end product and would have no hesitation in recommending Dunster House to anybody.

Placed an order via the telephone and the person was very helpful regarding my potential purchase, information on delivery and product,once placed my order , given updates on date and times of delivery, I would have given 5 stars but once my delivery arrived it was placed on the driveway and not where we wanted item to be placed , having said that would recommend and use again in the future.

Wonderful gazebo
Comany was really helpful when I was deciding what to get and the order process was very easy. Delivery was on time and the delivery men were great. The gazebo is wonderful - my neighbours all love it too and the men who erected it were very impressed, although did say the estimated erection time was very optimistic!

Easy ordering process and kept up to date with delivery date. Build Instructions were very clear and had lots of spare screws. We did find building it a little tricky but the finished result looks amazing. Would definitely buy from dunster house again

Adam II Heavy Duty Shed
The shed is of excellent quality, looks good and I found the sales team to be knowledgeable and helpful. Its assembly took one person who had some experience of Dunster sheds around 11 hours.
